Sawgrass Energy Solutions ships solar equipment throughout the United States, offering free shipping on orders within the lower 48! Shipping to AK, HI, and abroad also available. Contact us before ordering.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Methods

Smaller products may ship by standard parcel carrier. Solar panels, batteries, pallet orders, and other large products may require freight shipping.

Freight Deliveries

We offer free shipping on all orders going to the lower 48 unless otherwise stated. This may or may not apply to wholesale orders pending the terms of the sale.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Inspect all products and packaging before accepting delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and take photos.

Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved, and depending on the situation we offer reimbursement or replacement.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for select products at our Athens, TN warehouse. Contact us before ordering to confirm availability and schedule a pickup.
